The Air Jordan 4 "Taupe Haze" is very similar in color to the 2018 Air Jordan 4 x Travis Scott Cactus Jack Friends and Family Limited Edition. Both use khaki as the main tone, which is a major feature of Travis Scott. The body of the shoe replaces the suede overlay, and the cracked leather design is set on the toe mudguard, shoelace perforation, collar and tongue, which increases the texture and shows the ingenuity of the details. The suede lace perforation brackets on the body, laces, shaft lining and outsole are all black, balancing the inherent use of tones. The Air Jordan 4 logo on the tongue and lining otherwise, the heel is complemented by a Jordan Air Jordan logo instead of the Nike Air lettering of the Air Jordan 4 OG. Orange red is used to embellish the overall low-key and calm color system, which is the finishing touch.
Scott's pair sports similarities to the 2021 Retro "Taupe Haze," featuring more refined leather options on the upper and an "earthy" aesthetic with a sail-colored midsole and sockliner. A red Nike Air logo on the left heel and a Cactus Jack logo on the right heel replace the regular Jumpman logo.
A marble print accents the translucent eyelets, and a brown co-branded leather tag accents the laces. Subtle detailing completes the black mesh-covered brown mesh upper and reverse-printed "TRAVIS SCOTT" and "AIR JORDAN" under the tongue.
